We do not build directly in Novi. Our two communities are in nearby municipalities: The Reserve at Crystal Lake in Commerce Township and The Meadows of Cherry Hill in Canton. Both are short drives from Novi, and both deliver what the Novi city limits do not have in meaningful quantity: large-lot detached single-family new construction in a planned community.

How far are your communities from Novi?

The Reserve at Crystal Lake is roughly 12 to 18 minutes from central Novi via M-5 or Beck Road, depending on your starting point. The Meadows of Cherry Hill is about 20 to 25 minutes south of Novi via I-275. Both drives are highway-fed, not surface-street fatigue. From the eastern side of Novi, the routes are even faster, and during off-peak hours, either community is functionally inside the same commute envelope as a typical Novi neighborhood.

For a shorter timeline, our quick move-in homes are already underway or done, and The Reserve is only a short drive from Novi via M-5. That proximity makes it easy to tour what is currently available. Model home tours are available at your convenience Monday - Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.  

Are VA construction loans available for these projects?
